Each month the books have been completed, bills paid, cash flow dispersed with incredible timeliness. In the same manner, property reports, lease reports, status reports, etc were sent with meaningful comments, without added verbiage to miss the meaning of what has been said/sent. By approximately October of each year, Cathy and Pam prepared new budgets for my review and approval. The Property was always reviewed by Cathy to assure maintenance issues were being handled or if needed, she acquired bids and sent same to me together with the reasons, including pictures if needed.”
